Professional Organising

You need not think of detoxing as just about your body. Detox your whole life!

There are other areas of your life that could benefit from a bit of a detox too. If you are not sure where to start the service of professional organising can be just what you need to restore the balance in your life.

Your wardrobe

Do you wear everything in your wardrobe? Are things too big, too small, too dated? Then get rid of them! You will instantly feel more in control.

Your bookshelf

If you have a book collection that is collecting dust, then maybe it’s time to clear it out. Pass any books onto friends, the library or exchange them at a second-hand bookstore. Donate them to a charity shop – they are always gratefully received there.

Your address book and emails

Whether your address list is electronic or in a book, sort through it and update it; delete people you haven’t kept in touch with for years. Same goes for your email account. Unsubscribe from e-newsletters you don’t read and delete old emails.

Your to-do-list

Seriously? Are you going to do all those things on your to-do-list this year–even though you haven’t done them for the last three? Re-evaluate your resolutions and goals and decide what you really want to spend your time on. It will take the pressure off your mind.

Your exercise routine

If you have been walking the same route for the last decade, sitting on the same bike at the gym and doing exactly the same classes at the gym, then maybe it’s time to mix it up a bit and try something new. There is plenty on offer out there. Join a 6 or 12-week challenge–if you pay ahead of time then you need to commit so you don’t waste your money and see the benefits.

Being a professional organiser means I can customise solutions to help you get organised. I help you find balance, restore order and maximise your resources. I provide ideas, information, structure, solutions, tools and systems, which increase productivity, reduce stress and lead to more control over individual resources and life in general.
